Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our selection and add any items that you wish to buy into the PayPal shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
Cheque checks Please make cheques payable to Robie Robes. Please write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of your cheque.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
Stock permitting, orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within five working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of any delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that the Robie Robes Company cannot be held liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed. Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a slight variation in the atual goods may occur. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

We want you to be absoulately happy with your Robie. Therefore, please remember that any order can be returned at any time within 3 months of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All we ask is that you return it to us unused and in its original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept items for a refund or exchanged if they have been damaged in the wash.

My Company do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty. To return any product to us, please complete the reverse side of the invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark wether you would like a refund or exchange. Pack the item in a parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to Robie Robes, Folly Farm Cottage, St Ives, Cornwall, TR26 3AE. When sending items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
